Yes. Mixed orders by size, shape and variety can usually be arranged for wholesale buyers. Mixed container or mixed nursery-stock orders are helpful when importers want to test multiple products or supply different market segments.

MOQ depends on plant type, size, packing method and shipping mode. Small bonsai and medium plants normally require a higher quantity for efficient packing, while large landscape specimens may be ordered in smaller numbers. Please share your required varieties and destination so we can suggest a practical MOQ.

Yes. We can provide nursery photos, selected-tree photos, size references and packing photos before shipment. For large bonsai or project orders, we can help buyers confirm representative trees before final packing.

Yes. For export shipments, we can coordinate the required plant inspection and phytosanitary certificate according to the destination country and confirmed order. A phytosanitary certificate supports plant-health clearance by showing that the plants have been inspected under official export requirements.

In many countries, the importer must obtain an import permit or confirm import eligibility before shipment. Requirements differ by plant species, origin, destination and local quarantine rules. Buyers should check with their local agriculture or plant quarantine authority before placing a final order.

Depending on the shipment and destination, documents may include commercial invoice, packing list, plant list, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin or other export-related documents requested by the buyer. Please tell us your destination requirements early so we can prepare correctly.

Soil and growing media rules vary by country. Some destinations restrict or prohibit natural soil. We can prepare plants according to the confirmed import requirements, including root cleaning, permitted media or other packing preparation where applicable.

Plants are packed to reduce movement, moisture loss and branch damage during transport. Depending on size and shipping method, packing may include moisture protection around roots, breathable wrapping, fixed trunks or canopies, cartons, wooden crates or palletized packing.

Bulk orders are usually shipped by sea container for better unit cost. Air freight can be considered for urgent, smaller or higher-value orders. The best method depends on plant size, order volume, destination inspection requirements, season and budget.

Transit time depends on destination and shipping mode. Air shipments are generally faster, while sea freight may take several weeks. Extra time should be allowed for plant preparation, inspection, documentation, booking, customs clearance and destination inspection.

The buyer or importer is normally responsible for destination import permits, customs clearance, local inspection fees, duties, taxes and compliance with local plant quarantine rules. BonsaiHaven can provide export documents from China and packing information to support the process.

Please inspect the shipment immediately, unpack carefully, water or rehydrate as needed, and place plants in a suitable recovery environment. Avoid strong sun, wind or heavy pruning immediately after arrival unless advised by your local plant-care professional.

For wholesale export orders, payment terms are confirmed before production and packing. Common arrangements include deposit before order preparation and balance before shipment. Final terms depend on order value, buyer history and shipping arrangement.

Please take clear photos and videos immediately after arrival, including outer packing, inner packing and affected plants. Contact us as soon as possible with the shipment details. Live plants are sensitive goods, and each case will be reviewed based on packing condition, transit time, documentation and arrival photos.
